USA-BOPS manufactures all the replacement parts for most major blowout preventers such as Cameron, Shaffer, Hydril and WSI.

To simplify ordering replacement parts, USA-BOPS has assembled Bonnet Rebuild Kits for blowout preventers. These kits consist of all the necessary components to rebuild a blowout preventer bonnet, excluding the door seal, which is sold separately.

USA-BOPS kits consist of all the o'rings, lip seals, springs, and necessary washers to rebuild a single bonnet. A double ram type BOP would require four (4) rebuild kits. Major metal goods, such as ram shafts, locking screws, pistons, and major brass components usually need not be replaced and are offered separately.

USA-BOPS' bonnet rebuild kit cannot be compared with kits offered by OEM's. USA-BOPS' kits exclude major expense items that usually do not need replacing.
